Portland TOTALLY Rocked!!!!!

Being first in line again this year, we easily secured the domaine front and center . The crowd blew away the band w/ deafening 402 part harmony to every word. Crowd was rabid and well buzzed......Roadies and security had to keep interesting crap from escalading, w/ Clark being the mediator. Kinda like last year when Stevie Ray Vaughan guy would'nt shut up and Clark had to step in. Met Kim from Frisco, biggest fan ever and going to Seattle show as well. Can't wait to share data w/ her. Great setlist and the show had energy that did'nt get any better. Clark lost it at the end of the encore , laid down his feeding back guitar, looked right at me and bolted sraight over my head for a good 30 second wave, before getting back to the stage nearly avoiding stiches from a monitor. Whole thing beyond KILLER and had fun postshow with them getting caught up from last year. The cool thing was knowing the band KNEW the show was top shelf. Thank you Toadies.....Comeback Forever

Whoa! Was there really only 402 people there? It sounded more like 2000! Clark remarked we were the loudest crowd on the tour yet and our response about blew him off the stage. I have seen them three times and tuesday's (ON A TUESDAY! Todd exclaimed! after Clark) show was hands down the best of the three, probably in the top two of the hundred's of show's I have seen. Portland loves the TOADIES! After getting home and coming down off the post show high I tried to piece together the setlist, and haziness set in, I think i came up with most of the tunes but not in the right order and there may be one or two more songs, can anybody help me out?

I truly am proud to be part of that crowd, everybody showed the love(except for that one A-hole,there is always one!)
I made a small song sign before the show, one side had 'Dead Boy Boogie', other side had 'You'll Come Down','Dollskin", and 'Sweetness'. I pulled the sign out just once between songs and Clark instantly came over and started talking to me about it! he said jokingly 'man, that's three song's!' then I turned it over to the Dead Boy side and he laughed and said:"Hey, see you got one already! just dont look at the setlist on my moniter, there might be some suprise's!" I promised I wouldn't look! What a cool F-in dude! Truly one of the best nights of my life, the band's music has gotten me through some tough time's, I wish I could return the favor.
Thanks for any help I can get with the setlist! I have a suspicion they will be back to Portland any chance they get!

Awwww, thank you for the positive comment Kent. Dan said something along those lines to Vaden aswell. Portland outdid itself in the best possible way in my opinion. An awesome crowd, aside from the beerstealers. An amazing performance by the band, its in my top three of all the shows I've seen em do.

Getting it signed in Seattle last night, Clark re-instated that that WAS a very loud crowd. They were awesome in their enthusiasm.

I will upload more later.
Looking over it in my hotel that night/morning after, i knew they hadnt played I Burn. I am so glad that people on here could confirm, otherwise I would have to very carefully white out that line..
